In addition to mindfulness the wellness schedule includes, yoga, meditation, massage, walking and plant based food.

Morning time is time for soul work and a myriad of stillness, birdsong as guests have the opportunity to partake in an early morning vipassana meditation.
Saturday day time is for exploring mindfulness. With a number of experience workshops to educate on self compassion, slowing down, connecting with nature others and the senses. It's amazing how simple changes in perspective can have a profound impact on our mood, for a stressed out society to reclaim happiness.
The food is full board - community dining. The set menu is home cooked, delicious, plant based and nutritious. There are options to have a massage treatment from a local masseuse for an incremental fee. (Will isn’t offering massage services- he says he’s having the weekend off!)
